The home is situated in the heart of the beautiful Norfolk Broads at Wroxham, a popular but sedate village next to Hoveton. The home is a tasteful conversion of a Tudor Style country house, catering for up to 30 residents, it is set in well-maintained landscaped gardens and is a short distance from one of the premier boating areas of the Broads. With a warm, cheerful and relaxed atmosphere throughout. The home has a stable staff team who are passionate and caring about their work. and is now looking for that special someone to work with the home manager and continue taking the home forward to the next level.

My client is a privately owned national provider of care with 30 homes, with a significant growth plan to double in capacity across the country. Their management team are passionate, dedicated, involved and accessible.
The Deputy Home Manager position is full time, working 40 hours per week, at a pay rate up to £36,000 per annum.

Criteria / Person Specification
They are looking for a strong, experienced Deputy who is nurse qualified and who wishes to be part of a forward-looking team with promotional prospects.
Someone who has dedication running through their core.
You should have excellent leadership experience with good working relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
A comprehensive induction program including full support from the Home Manager who is also supported by an Operations Manager, a Service Quality Manager, a Regional Operations Director and a Head Office team.
